IAAREP is a Non-Profit Organization located in CA Bay Area. The Organization consists of many Real Estate Professionals working in various Real Estate companies. All these Realtors® have determined that due to lack of proper education of Real Estate market and current trends, many home Buyers have been over-paying for the properties and causing housing inflation. Similarly, home Sellers have been selling the properties at the wrong time and have been loosing money they deserve..all due to misguidance and poor marketing. IAAREP is formed to eliminate that gap and empower both home Buyers and Sellers with complete knowledge and provide them with highest quality of services. We would offer free Education and Counseling to bring an awareness of different Govt. assistance programs, assist low income families to navigate through home buying process, credit repair, mortgage financing etc. We also aim to promote economic growth in the distressed communities by collaborating with the local businesses, community organizations, Govt. agencies and the elected officials. We also support the local homeless shelters by raising some funds for them.

Our Mission
Today’s home Buyers, due to busy schedules at work, have not been focusing on the basics of the home Buying process and have been paying very high prices for the homes and causing inflation in the Real Estate market. Similarly many Home Sellers are not able to sell their properties for the Top Dollar. All this because of the lack of the education and right guidance. The purpose of the Indian Association of Realtors is to spread the power of optimism and enhance the quality of services delivered to the home Buyers and Sellers.
